Thank you for shopping with Veld™. We are committed to delivering your order accurately, efficiently, and in a timely manner. Please review our shipping policy below for detailed information about how we process and ship orders from tryveld.com.
Processing Time
All orders placed on Veld™ are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays). You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been placed and a second notification when your order has shipped.
Please note that orders placed after 2:00 PM EST may not begin processing until the following business day. During peak seasons, promotional events, or product launches, Veld™ processing times may extend to 3–5 business days. We appreciate your patience during these periods.
Shipping Methods and Costs
Veld™ offers several shipping options to meet your needs. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your selected method, order weight, and destination. The following methods are generally available:
- Standard Shipping: 5–8 business days
- Expedited Shipping: 3–5 business days
- Express Shipping: 1–3 business days
Free standard shipping is available on all domestic orders over $75 USD. Orders under this threshold will have shipping fees calculated and displayed at checkout before payment is submitted.
Veld™ reserves the right to change shipping rates and estimated delivery times at any time without prior notice.
Domestic Shipping
Veld™ ships to all 50 United States, the District of Columbia, and U.S. territories including Puerto Rico, Guam, and the U.S. Virgin Islands. Domestic orders are fulfilled from our warehouse facilities within the continental United States.
Estimated delivery times for domestic shipments are as follows:
- Standard Shipping: 5–8 business days after processing
- Expedited Shipping: 3–5 business days after processing
- Express Shipping: 1–3 business days after processing
Please note that shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. territories may require additional transit time beyond the estimates listed above. Veld™ is not responsible for delays caused by carrier disruptions, weather events, or other circumstances beyond our control.
International Shipping
Veld™ is proud to offer international shipping to select countries worldwide. International shipping rates and delivery estimates are calculated at checkout based on destination, package weight, and selected shipping method.
Estimated delivery times for international orders typically range from 7–21 business days, depending on the destination country and customs processing times.
Important information for international customers:
- All international orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are the sole responsibility of the recipient and are not included in Veld™ shipping costs or product pricing.
- Veld™ has no control over customs delays or additional charges assessed by your country's customs authority.
- We recommend contacting your local customs office for information about potential fees before placing your order.
- International orders that are refused or returned due to unpaid customs duties may be subject to additional shipping charges and restocking fees.
Veld™ does not currently ship to every country. If your country is not available at checkout, it is not currently within our international shipping zone. We are continually working to expand our shipping reach.
Order Tracking
Once your Veld™ order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to track your package in real time. Tracking information is typically updated within 24–48 hours after the shipping confirmation is sent.
You can track your order by:
- Clicking the tracking link provided in your shipping confirmation email.
- Visiting the carrier's website directly and entering your tracking number.
- Contacting our support team at support@tryveld.com with your order number for assistance.
If your tracking information has not updated for more than 7 business days, please reach out to our support team so we can investigate the status of your shipment with the carrier.
Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
Veld™ is not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, or damaged after the carrier has confirmed delivery. However, we understand how frustrating these situations can be and are committed to helping resolve them.
If you believe your package has been lost or stolen:
- Verify the shipping address on your order confirmation email.
- Check with neighbors, household members, or your building's front desk or mailroom.
- Allow an additional 3–5 business days beyond the estimated delivery date, as packages may occasionally experience delays.
- Contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim or initiate an investigation using your tracking number.
- Reach out to our team at support@tryveld.com with your order number and a description of the issue.
If your package arrives damaged, please photograph the damage to both the packaging and the product(s) and email the images to support@tryveld.com within 48 hours of delivery. Veld™ will work with you and the carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible, which may include a replacement shipment or refund at our discretion.
For packages marked as delivered but not received, Veld™ will work with the carrier to investigate. Resolution may include a replacement or refund on a case-by-case basis, subject to the findings of the carrier's investigation.
Address Accuracy
Veld™ is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer at the time of purchase. Please double-check your shipping address carefully before completing your order, including apartment or suite numbers, zip codes, and country selection.
If you notice an error in your shipping address after placing your order, please contact us immediately at support@tryveld.com with your order number and the corrected address. We will do our best to update the address before your order ships, but we cannot guarantee changes once an order has entered the fulfillment process.
Orders returned to Veld™ due to an incorrect or incomplete address may be subject to additional shipping charges to reship the package to the correct address. In some cases, a new order may need to be placed at the customer's expense.
